Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to the HIS OPS application operated by Average Guys Business Services for authorized internal restaurant operations users.
Authorized Use
HIS OPS is intended for authorized employees, managers, area managers, maintenance personnel, vendors, directors, and owners who have been given access by company management. Users may only access information and locations assigned to them.
Operational Communications
HIS OPS may send operational communications by email or SMS/text message. Messages may include incomplete checklist alerts, temperature log reminders, maintenance work order assignments, PM task reminders, FPC repair item assignments, calendar notices, store notices, and weekly assignment summaries.
SMS/Text Message Terms
- SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or access to HIS OPS.
- Users opt in through the public SMS Preferences and Consent form, where the consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
- Message frequency varies based on assigned tasks, store activity, alert rules, and weekly summaries.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS/text messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Opting out of SMS/text messages may limit the ability to receive real-time operational alerts by text, but users may still receive required operational communications through other approved channels.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, entering accurate operational information, and using uploaded documents, photos, comments, and reports appropriately for company operations.
No Marketing Texts
HIS OPS SMS/text messages are intended for internal operational notifications. They are not used for third-party marketing or promotional messaging.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of HIS OPS after updates means the user accepts the updated Terms.

Questions about these Terms may be directed to company management or through the HIS OPS application.
