SMS Preferences and Consent

HIS OPS is an internal operations application operated by Average Guys Business Services for authorized restaurant employees, managers, area managers, maintenance personnel, directors, and ownership.
How to Opt In
Authorized HIS OPS users may voluntarily opt in by completing the public form below. Entering a phone number in an employee profile does not, by itself, provide SMS consent. The user must personally submit this form with the consent checkbox selected.
SMS consent is optional. It is not a condition of employment, access to HIS OPS, or receipt of non-SMS operational communications. Users can submit the form without selecting the checkbox to record that they do not consent.
What Happens Next
- If the checkbox is selected, the number is recorded as opted in for HIS OPS operational messages.
- If the checkbox is not selected, the number is recorded as not opted in and will not receive HIS OPS operational texts.
- Users may change their preference by submitting this form again with the same mobile number.
- Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
