Average Guys Business Services operates the HIS OPS application for internal restaurant operations, maintenance tracking, checklists, temperature logs, FPC repair tracking, store documents, notices, and related operational alerts.

We may collect employee or authorized user information such as name, email address, phone number, role, assigned location, checklist activity, temperature log entries, maintenance assignments, comments, uploaded photos, and operational documents submitted through the app.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the HIS OPS application, manage store operations, send operational alerts, assign tasks, track completion of work, maintain records, and communicate with authorized employees, managers, area managers, maintenance personnel, vendors, and ownership.
SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
Phone numbers may be used to send operational SMS/text message alerts related to HIS OPS, including task assignments, maintenance work orders, PM tasks, FPC repair items, incomplete checklist reminders, temperature log reminders, and weekly assignment summaries.
SMS consent is optional and is collected through the public SMS Preferences and Consent form. Message frequency varies according to operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
